Hit these numbers since Dec 2019 on my home internet connection. I pretty much leave my PC seeding at all times on a 45 megabit connection. I hope to someday get gigabit upload speeds but it's not offered where I live.

I only tend to seed for longer periods if an episode of a show is literally just released. Need to help my brothers out, you know?
