    I can't help but be suspicious of any pretenses of alliance with corporations and investors. I'd like to be wrong but this otherwise sounds like another WeWork on the surface.

    Yep, that's sketchy. Sketchy timing given the recent amazon unionization and of course, the sketchiness of class collaboration in general.
