    I’ve quit gaming, something I did back when I got on add meds and then used that time to actually read theory etc, but relapsed into gaming during the pandemic, time to make a change again. This is my own personal Great Reset.

      :sankara-salute: I don't game for the same reason. Huge time suck that doesn't actually fulfil me in any way. I don't feel pride but shame after gaming for 8 hours, and the games now are too good/I'm too weak to only play a little bit here or there.

      I do not miss it in the slightest, turns out once you quit a treat you acclimate very quickly to what life would be like if the treat didn't exist.

      I still game, but most of time I use it as something to keep my hands busy while I listen to lefty audiobooks.
