Obviously I mean vegan things which have non-vegan counterparts. E.g. frozen convinience food, cereals and so on. They always sell out super fast, but practically never get restocked. Why? There is clearly an extreme demand. I don't get why they don't produce and stock more.

Maybe stupid question but did you already ask in the store? I have a vegan ice cream that I buy regularly and which was sold-out most of the time. Whenever it was available I got like three or four containers. After another unsuccessful 'hunt' I just asked about it and after bringing it to their attention, they've increased the automatic re-stock quantity. It's still not available all the time but definitely more often than before.

I don't speak the local language and yearn to leave this country, but I lived in multiple countries in multiple places with access to different stores and it's always the case. :/

In my area there's a ton of frozen vegan stuff at the discount stores that get overstock.

Might be that vegan stuff has less predictable sales? So they often buy little or too much?
