    This looks pretty good.

    I’m currently reading “1966: The Year The Decade Exploded,” which is a pretty astounding music book. Because it does a deep dive into the cultural and socioeconomic context that fed off each other to lay the framework for the musical revolution that in turn was responding to and being influenced by the anti-war movement and the pall of nuclear weapons proliferation, the burgeoning feminist movement, drug exploration/psychedelia and Eastern music and philosophy, etc.
