Some chud keeps speaking at public comment against low-income housing at my town council meetings. I know that the underlying issue is that governments concentrate LIHTCs in the same places, compounding issues that arrive from concentrated poverty. So I'm looking for good sources for that. Its also clear that when you spread LIHTCs out and into high opportunity areas, those areas are benefited instead of harmed.

I have some sources on the matter but I wanted to see if you comrades had any additional resources.

Thanks in advance!

    • People who live in low income housing are poor.
    • Poor people do crime.

Hmm I wonder if there are any commonalities here, must be the housing I guess, nothing else matches there.

I know, right? Thankfully, our town is very liberal, and this guy and his notions on crime are basically going to go unheard, but I'm not interested in letting a house flipper get the last word on LIHTCs if I can help it.
