It is being widely reported—to zero surprise—that the U.K. Chancellor Jeremy Hunt will continue with the freeze on fuel duty in tomorrow’s budget.

Highest in diesel, but only 8th highest in petrol, and road tax hasn't existed in the UK since the 1920s.
