While the laws are a bit strict piracy is still pretty common. But mostly with stream sites or ddl, torrenting is more niche and it can be a lot more difficult to get into specific trackers since there arent any big invite forums.
its pretty easy to get into immortuos just head to their forum (its a different site then the tracker) and apply for an invite. Its your standart private tracker but almost everything is in german but you can change the UI language to english
At this point I'd be happy with a medicore tracker that has any German content.

I heard that Germany anti-piracy laws are no joke. Maybe that's why no one wants to be involved ?
