Yeah I only worked this out today. Not sure if it works for Industry DLC farming industries, but if you make a district, then mark the area as farm industry via the sub menu, all the old insutry will disappear and be replaced with farms which don't produce pollution. You can make urban farms :gaddafi-happy:
Pro-tip: zone your entire city as a farm and you don't get pollution from industry :think-about-it:
