A big welcome back to Chapo, libber than ever. In this post I’d like to state what I see as the purpose of the community and put forward some basic guidelines. Please feel free to add your own suggestions and feedback.

1. This is a space explicitly for Women and Non-Binary people. Women include anyone who is cis or trans who identifies as a such. Absolutely zero transphobia will tolerated. A Non-Binary person is anyone who does not identify explicitly within man or woman, they may identify as either gender, no gender, be feminine or masculine or anything outside the binary. Absolutely no Non-Binary erasure will be tolerated.

2. This is a place for women and non-binary people to discuss things that pertain to them and their lives and experiences as women and non-binary people. While men are not forbidden from subscribing to, reading, or participating in our community we ask that if you choose to do so to respect this. Do not invalidate women and non-binary people’s experiences. There are many communities on this site where you can discuss the experience of being a man.
