To be fair, this street is 100x better then most streets in America, but the car infection is well on its way here. As soon as a parking lot is worth more then a single family home, it's terminal. Then the more they demolish homes for parking lots, the more homes are worth, meaning the more their owners will want parking, and so on. Cars are, and I can't stress this enough, bad.
