I need around 40 dollars to buy new rims for my bike, both weels are misaligned, the spokes on the front one are so rusted that can't be turned in order to true it, the rear rim has several dings that make the wheel wobble and make the tire rub against the frame, the cones are also loose on the rear wheel.
I go to college (and everywhere) with my bicycle and I don't want to bother my parents asking them for cash so any help would be greatly apreciated.
