Just learned that my youngest needs to start carrying an epipen. In other words, I need to start carrying their epipen. I have ADHD and autism, so even though I’m aware of the importance, I’m worried that I’m going to forget it or lose it. Anyone have some tips on how to establish this habit?

This is an easier habit to establish if you have a bag with you.

    1. Get a bookbag/sack/purse/fanny pack w/e

    2. Put in epipen and other supplies.

    3. Place keys & wallet in or near bag at all times. If you have a place where you keep that stuff (like a nightstand, for example) keep the bag there or on a hook next to a door.

    4. Get into the habit of bringing the bag with you when you grab your other important stuff.

Maybe put it in a fanny pack with your keys and wallet. If you have the funds or insurance will cover keep one in a few strategic places as well (car, grandma’s house etc)
