Rogers has been fully down since 4am. Everything is fucked, rogers customers can't even dial 911. How the CRTC allows this to happen (happened last year with no consequences) is insane, how Rogers doesn't have any back up systems for critical infrastructure like Emergency services and fucking banking (Credit, Debit, and ATMs are down), is beyond me.
No fucking private company should be in a position that Rogers is in with their previous issues. CRTC is a joke.

whoa, that's crazy. You're supposed to be able to dial 911 even if you have no 'service'.
Yeah, 911 just blasts any tower around and all carriers have to accept it. Having any barrier to that is completely unacceptable.
