I started stimulants recently and the appetite suppression is kicking my ass. I already had a hard time eating enough, so this has made it quite a bit worse. I have found that if it's a liquid I can sip it throughout the day without issue. Do you have any recommendations about fairly healthy and inexpensive recipes or solutions for getting a lot of calories through a liquid? Thanks

      The Soylent shits go away, and even any tummy rumbles do after a bit; at least they did for me. It's a huge nutrition bomb in one quick gulp if you're new to it.

      • I've had some of the shakes from Queal, and they're cool because they come in a lot of flavors, although the texture is not as fine as a lot of the others.
      • Plenny from Jimmy Joy was good, I enjoyed it. Drink is good, bars are OK. Better fruit flavors than Soylent.
      • Saturo Ready-to-drink was a totally fine replacement for Soylent Ready-to-drink. About equivalent in all respects.
      • Huel really didn't do it for me. Their artificial sweetener, whichever it was, had a hell of an aftertaste. It's cool that they had some more protein heavy stuff though.

        Soylent is good. I recommend getting the coffee variety since coffee is a natural appetite suppressant if you need that. Otherwise just go for regular soylent
