Don't confuse a smart liberal for a materialist. There's a difference between Kissinger being great at understanding geopolitics, and being great at understanding historical materialism.

What’s Palladium’s background? All I know is they put out solid analysis of state power.
Last I checked they're part of some research group for the WEF. Which means it's a well-researched, great resource, if lib at times.
