Just finished off the bag of hickory I had, gonna try some peach wood now since I've never worked with it before. Any ideas or recs welcome!

      Midwest, major American city, duck is reasonable for me to grab as a treat. Thanks for the idea! I've been wanting to try tea smoked food too, but not sure a charcoal smoker is the right vessel for that unless I get like a pound or two of tea. How much did you use?
