As always, there are no actions that the western left can take to oppose what's wrong with the Russian state that wouldn't help advance the cause of imperialists.
This is actually true. The problems Russia has today are for the Russian people to solve. Any criticism we westerners make is bound to swell the tide of anti-Russian propaganda. Plus, after the 90s we have absolutely no moral high ground.
