It should be fine for a good while, but if you're going to be picking something it might be best just to make up your own brine and save the ready-made stuff for picklebacks/drinking even though it should be safe I could imagine re-boiling the commercial brine could cause off-flavors depending on what's in it. Idk, give it a try and taste some.
