He failed a couple UAS and they immediately put warrants on his ass. I love the little guy and I know he can handle himself in there fine. I'm just going to miss his ass

Already threw 30 bucks on his books so he is taken care of commissary wise at least.

    Sorry to hear that and hope it's not too rough an experience for him. Question about warrants (asking for a friend), if I have a warrant out after missing a court date for a misdemeanor charge, and I'm out of the country right now, what happens if or when I come back to US? I'm guessing when they scan my passport on arrival in US the warrant will show up, but will they do anything? Does it matter which state I arrive at?

        Yeah that's my plan at some point but I don't have any money for a lawyer yet lol so I just don't want to get picked up immediately

      I don't think they'd do that for a misdemeanor. That seems like something more likely to happen with felony charges. Even if it did show up, I have feeling they wouldn't do anything. That's my guess, hopefully a hexbear more well versed in the law gives you a more clear answer
