Do you have Gardein products where you live? Their fishless fillets are spot on, my friend that used to cook for some 4 star restaurants says he prefers them over the real deal.
Some of their stuff is mediocre but the chicken/fish substitutes are delicious. They're usually with the vegetarian/vegan products if the store carries them.
