pretty much following this recipe except with a bunch of crumbled regular-firm tofu shoved in to make it more shakshuka-y. even had some coriander to make it super fancy. was good on a rainy saturday morning.

    For a second I read that as "tofu swastika" and thought I was about to see some weird new age ecofascist shit.

    My brain is so broken.

    This looks really good though.

      lol i was in vietnam recently and all the legit buddhist swastikas (and the lucky number 88s) everywhere kept messing with my head real bad
