when youre so :LIB: that you make your own brunch
pretty much following this recipe except with a bunch of crumbled regular-firm tofu shoved in to make it more shakshuka-y. even had some coriander to make it super fancy. was good on a rainy saturday morning.

Sweet, I'm going to start seriously cooking vegan soon I think. So far from what people have been telling me it's the cheapest you can go food wise and the added benefit is that it's healthy and ethical. Can cats eat vegan food too?
:greensicko: thats awesome, all the very best with it!
people think being vegan is expensive cos of all the fancy fake meats but i eat sooooo much cheaper now im vegan, i posted some of my favourite staple recipes the other day, most of which are cheap and pretty easy and use a lot of the same core ingredients, if you want some more ideas
ive heard that cats can eat plant-based but that its much harder than for dogs and you have to be a bit careful, but i really dont know any details sorry
:cool-bean:
It might be possible, but afaik it's very close to impossible. I know with dogs it's relatively doable with a vit D supplement. Should be similar for cats, but the supplements makes them more likely to develop some issues (kidney stones maybe?). Personally I just play it safe and feed them the store bought food lol.
