Asked this a couple months back and got no responses, so I wanted to try again. Those of you who have gone through activist/organizer/whatever you call yourself burnout and come out the other side, what helped you do that?

I burned out hard after 2020, had a pretty big breakdown in retrospect. Pulled an Irish goodbye on all the orgs I worked with because it all just seemed so futile and childish. A bunch of political hobbyist 20 and 30 somethings trying to overthrow capitalism, one weekend tabling session or brake light repair event at a time.

I know this isn't a productive mindset but I just can't shake it.
