Reminder that the topic was a proposal to switch the Fedora Workstation desktop to KDE from GNOME.

rmoog says: 13 years post fact is never too late to do the right thing. If Germany could apologize and repent for Hitler and World War 2, then all distros can apologize and repent for GNOME 3 and systemd.

There's no better place to indulge in pointless GNU/Linux circlejerk than the Phoronix forums. It's a great place to have such useful discussions such as complaing about xorg, complaining about wayland, complaining about Nvidia, spreading misinformation, being smug and pretentious about software created by volunteers. Complaining about Rust for being gay and memory safe. Complain about Red Hat being the devil and then complain about the devil controlling Fedora.

It should be needless to say this but don't be this person, like ever. Complaining is nerd behavior and you should be filing a bug report instead.
