Are there any known, good mutual aid funds to help our trans comrades out of the states that are criminalizing their existence? We need to start doing everything we can now but I don't know where to start.

If there is not an organization for this, how would one go about starting one? If it gets created in a state that is (for now) safe from anti-trans laws, could other states go after the people running it?
My thought would be to try and work with established organizations, like Rainbow Railroad, etc. Ask if they've identified this as a need (I think they actually already have), and say you'd be interested in starting up an initiative with them focused on helping trans people move to safer states and get settled, in addition to the more general efforts to help trans people find safe living situations.
It would certainly be a lot of work on your part and anyone working with you.

Maybe any interested and established Hexbear members could start a discord or something to share experiences and techniques in getting organizations like these started

I've been giving cash to individual go-fund-mes, but I really hope someone is putting genuine escape lines together because doing this piecemeal is not ideal.
