red bull is more immediate. Immediate buzz and faster crash. Reign takes longer to hit and usually lasts longer. Especially, of course, if you just sip it all day instead of chugging it immediately. Which one is better is a matter of preference I think. Reign also comes in more flavors, which is nice.
