I was rooting for Serbia (purely because I'm rooting for every underdog this tournament), but god damn that Richarlison goal was a work of art.

i get it, like for all that is worth serbia played really good. that extremelly defensive play ocassionally just breaks the brazilian team, like we hate whenever we play the balkans countries BECAUSE THIS WORKS and they love to do it

no joke, he is really nice, i've been reading since the game started about him just being unreasonably nice to everyone, like giving a stranger one of his shirts so they could use to fundraise for their dad cancer treatment or giving the shoes he played a championship to an auction and then giving the money to research on covid HE RULES

Paqueta and Guimaraes pretty nice too I think, since they played when Juninho was at Lyon, and Juninho hate Bolsonaro

Brazil without Ney look way better, tbh. maybe is just off game for him, but Vini, Rodrygo, Martinelli and Antony are really good.

like it is pretty funny that the first goal brazil did was based of vini literally stealing the ball from neymar's feet, but he was playing fine like he did keep the ball when 4 defenders were on him at a point and stuff but yeah THE NEW GENERATION IS COMING IN HOT, like vini has been a star here in brazil during his time here and also been like a star player at real madrid since going there,

Compare to last WC, where Brazil played Firmino, Willian (lol) and Coutinho (lol). Much more pace and technicality up front.

WILLIAM IS FINE, like i actually think that were he not relegated to the NEYMAR EVERYWHERE SYSTEM, where the whole brazilian game was based around neymar he could have been a good pick and he was one of the faster players we had at the time

I watched him at Chelsea and Arsenal, and he pretty much a some kind of defensive winger where he not gonna provide much goals and assist. Which is why I think this batch of players like Vini, Rodrygo and Martinelli could provide more goals and assists.

i agree with the main point i just really like wiliam and there was no space for him on that team but the brazil team was really slow for a while and having him as an option was a good thing, the new team is such a upgrade and it being full of young people is really good long term

Yep, now just need a new full back, from WC options like Roberto Carlos, Marcelo, Cafu, Dani Alves to some average options right now.
