King oysters I grew, brown mushrooms, and shitake. Delish. One of the best things I've made in a long time.

How did you grow the oysters? I've done the brick of substrate you can buy ready to go but I want to step it up.
Yeah I need a tent. I made a shotgun fruiting chamber during quarantine but I don't think it's ideal for most gourmet fungi.
It took forever to get them going but once the king oysters decided it was time they exploded. Like almost a 1lb single giant mushroom.
