So this fine fellow is arguing that America would be fully within it's rights to annihilate the ICC if they "kidnap" Netanyahu (which I think means issuing arrest warrants). His logic is that it's a joke organization and they don't get to tell us (Israel?) what to do.
It's so rare to find someone so blinded by arrogance and nationalism that they think some people are outright above the law.
I would assume they went with their default, smug superiority.
Something like "Well, finally! It is about time the ICC did something useful instead of harassing the proper world leaders".
