Bowmen.... Bicycle cavalry... Bicycle-mounted bowmen.

Just think about it. It just fits together for me. Bicycle-mounted bowmen could only exist in a solarpunk world. Maybe there is a general peace and only highly-regulated war (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flower_war) is permitted. Local disputes that escalate beyond bows&bikes are met with a hostile response from the international community. It would look and sound so unique compared to other battles you've seen portrayed.
