It's clear that they weren't actually checking on him and lying about the cell checks, but were they not providing food, either?? Or did his psychosis get to a point where he did not trust the food he was being given? I don't see any evidence of food, past or present, in his cell. What the fuck.
Abolish all police and jails, but also super turbo abolish bail. It’s such a cruel and archaic system. Regular people already have pretty limited mobility capacities; having to pay money to not be in jail is just the most draconian and dystopian understanding of “ justice”. It's not like a regular person can just hop on horseback and skip town. It's such a stupid and barbaric piece of infrastructure.

This is a photo of the inside of the door to Larry Eugene Price, Jr.'s solitary confinement cell. In addition to the human waste inside the cell, the door is marked with graffiti, including a swastika etched into the cell door.
THAT'S ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR! Also includes SS markings. Wonder if any of the jailers have tattoos like that.
