Any good workbooks or grammar books for German? I'd like to improve without having to spend more time in front of a fucking screen.

Hammer’s German Grammar is what we were always assigned back in my day. I’ll also second Duden’s resources.
Be sure that whatever you get was published after 1996, when they did the orthological reform. My university library did not get that memo and every German resource they had was out of date.
