Do you mix hummus with the goodies in the center or do you leave it and take a little bit when you scoop some?

    I dated a guy once who had this great hummus prep technique. First you buy any hummus from anywhere. Then you leave it in the back of the refri for year(s) so it ages finely. Then I take it to my new home when moving out.

    leave it and scoop a little bit, especially when the goodies are spicy.

      I just had some super spicy hummus for the first time and I could see how this would have an advantage. I mixed it and now I am really questioning my life right now.

    I've never really been a fan of hummus with goodies. Just give me a trough of hummus and a square meter of toasted pita bread

    We just sometimes make our homemade hummus into a mound with a little pond of olive oil and then sprinkle some sumac around the edge. The kids love that.

    The most rational thing you can do is add more goodies so the other goodies dont feel so isolated
