Edit: thanks for the suggestions, they worked and I now know what rhubarb looks like.
Does anyone know of an app or website that is good for identifying what they are? I’ve found several for plants in the ground, but they are pre cut.
Thank god, I was worried about the perfidious local farmers painting ground offal green and passing it off as a veggie.
It always sucks when you want to eat healthy so you buy a bunch of vegetables but then you get home and it's all hotdogs again.
When I was a kid we had giant rhubarbs growing semi-feral in the empty lot next door. Huuuuuuge plants.
So I know how to prepare them and stuff. For example, eating a raw potato would be bad because of some of the stuff that’s supposed to be cooked out.
