Sadly my canning adventure was aborted when I realized my phat mason jars are too damn big for my pressure cooker. However, the beans I made were so good and I ate too much and now my stomach hurts. The rest are in my freezer for after my trip :3
Also I made them granola bars @xXthrowawayXx posted only I used molasses and chia seeds instead of jelly bc I only have orange jelly that was on sale and the idea of orange + peanut butter made me afraid. They are a little chewy and coulda cooked longer but very tasty! Thanks for sharing that!
Beans do really well in the freezer so they should hold up just fine. I do food prep and make pre-portioned containers of beans for weeks out sometimes. :bean:
