    I'm going with overwatering, you wanna wait till it's dry before watering. Like dry to the touch an inch deep or the pot is light.

    I've never grown sunflowers but yellowing leaves usually indicate a watering problem or soil issue. If your watering regiment is good, then look up common soil/nutrient issues with sunflowers. In my experience, the problem plaguing my plants is usually the first thing that pops up.

    aphids, its aphid season right now. water it so all the silky stuff falls off it
