Well hopefully there will be some patches before evo but I won't hold my breath -_-. I watched a few streamers messing with rashid last night, about half said he's fully broken and half said he's not as good as the trailers made him seem. I will say, his normals looked pretty bad compared to a lot of the cast (Ken, deejay) and his damage output on basic combos looked somewhat low.
Seems like an average vs. Rashido online match in SFV. It is working as intended.
