    Food Not Bombs gets regularly harassed by police.

    It is easier to evade attention by either not engaging in praxis, or doing so in a decentralized manner.

            petit bourgeois control local police and they believe feeding the homeless will undercut their profits from restaurants and grocery stores

            EDIT: I guess you also have to bring in the Reserve Army of Labor aspect of this and maintaining destitution as a warning to those who won't accept prevailing wages

            because they are feeding people, if u set up a table and start giving food to people who need it the pigs WILL come and steal the food.
