Thanks for sharing, it all looks great. Is that a dedicated fridge for ferments?
Those plastic lids are awesome for storing ferments and other acidic foods. I discovered them a couple years ago after having far too many metal lids get slightly corroded.
As for current ferments, I've got some kimchi, tepache vinegar, and always kombucha. I'm hoping to get enough veggies in my fall garden to fill a 10-liter crock with something.
