When I was driving through North Carolina some time ago some farm owner had Ukraine and Israel flags that were going on for literally miles along the side of highway. In Virginia, I saw people flying Confederate flags, the OG ones with the Dixie flag in the top left corner and the rest being plain white to represent whiteness. The US south is utterly fucking depressing, not that the rest of the country is much better, but dear God it's awful. I have never seen anyone fly an RoC/Taiwan flag anywhere in the US yet though, probably too racist for that still.

When I was very young (pre-middle school at the least) I briefly lived in the US south. I remember very little except how much nostalgia they have for the confederacy. My brother went to a private high school named after a confederate general which was created solely as a place for rich white families to send their kids when segregaton ended. The south is a wild thing. I would not be surprised if I saw Ukraine flags there if I ever went back.

I do not regret leaving that country a long long time ago.

Too stupid. Few Americans outside the most brainfried turbolibs know what the RoC flag looks like.

That house is haunted by brainworm spirits from Twitter, it must be torn down, exorcised through diamat and then rebuilt as free housing in order to fully expiate the evil that dwelt inside.

I'm ok with the Ukraine flag. But when used by a non-Eastern European, it's rarely used to mean that you support Ukrainian people themselves
