    The mouse should realize that sometimes it's better to pay people instead of shit like this.

    Being this hellbent on winning a case is hurting the IP more than the couple dozen millions they have to shell out to pay the victim's family.

      Agreed. if there's gonna be a challenge to the legality of arbitration agreements this is a strong place to start from, which makes me wonder "is Disney stupid or do they know something about their chances that i don't?"

      Like...What if they cared less about winning the case and more about making the legality of such agreements more concrete?

      yeah but then people will have incentive to die at disneyland. wouldn't want to enable such behaviour
