In the new ultimate universe she-hulk is a pacific islander that was exposed to gamma radiation by the USA nuclear tests in the pacific.
I really liked this issue, it was about the old colonial experiments the USA did during their nuke testing and how little they cared about the people living in those areas plus about how they used them as test subjects.
Also its cool that the ultimates here are a revolutionary group fighting to overthrow the fascist world goverment.

I think she rules! Also love her visual design that pays tribute to her cultural origin without feeling token-y. Kinda reminds me of how Moonstar does the same thing in that sense. In a good way.

Yea, also she is the protector of the island which because of the gamma radiation grew megafauna becoming this universes version of monster isle. I really like how they are joining diferent stuff from the og universe here
