No, I think if the title is sarcastic, what they meant was that not all Ukrainians are Banderites, for instance the ones who hid Jewish children in caves to save them from the SS were not Banderites.

Einsatzgruppen were Nazi mobile death squads. The poster is simply saying that the neighbors of the children hid them away before their parents were caught and executed by the Nazis.
Ok? That's not exactly what's being discussed here. The other commenter thought that the tweet was implying that the Soviet troops were the one's who executed the children's parents. I just clarified that the original tweeter said that they were killed by Nazis, not Soviets.
