Got Pho today, didn't like it. It was take-out and every ingredient was separated. Tried putting it all together and I'd give it a 4/10. The broth was awful. Maybe it's because it was cheap, but I like other cheap Asian foods. Am I missing something?
Anyway, are there other decent Vietnamese foods available that I should try? There's a decent amount of Vietnamese restaurants around here that I could try.
I get Ramen this way and it's pretty good.
Get some spring rolls, and rice paper rolls those are always good. Especially if you can get the spring rolls with the spider web wrapping those are heaven.
Edit: Vietnamese cooking uses a lot of fresh herbs so be sure to be adding those in. Also it uses Coriander/Cilantro so if you have that gene ask them not to include it.
