      He used it for less then a month the first time and absolutely hated it. He even told Churchill multiple times to stop calling him that and to refer to him as marshal (Which he also dislikes since he didn't want to compare himself or skill to that of the Stakva and other marshals.)

        I doubt it was even officially confirmed, in 1947 they tried to create that rank again and he again rejected it and was apparently very angry on that idea. Anyway, that's a momument, which he wouldn't liked, with a title that made him angry.

    The title of the source you linked is literally

    "An eight-meter monument to Stalin was installed on the territory of the Mikron plant in Velikiye Luki. The author of the monument is the sculptor Mikhail Krasilnikov."

    This is nowhere near Volgograd.

      The funniest thing is that Velikie is Russian for "great" and Luk is hipster westernized slang for "look", so Velikie Luki is Great Looks city and this monument fits this well

      oh read it wrong , I thought they initially planned it in Volgograd which got accepted later on.
