tbh i haven't ever noticed one aside from the one down the street but i've also never had a reason to look. nepal definitely has their own distinctive food, though there is a lot of overlap with traditional indian. the broad difference i've heard talking to people there and at work is that nepal is known for the waaay spicy versions of indian dishes.
oooh also achaar, which is a medley of spiced and pickled fruits and/or vegetables is delicious and can turn a bowl of plain rice into an exciting meal with just a little bit.
