They internalized the propaganda that you either Stand With Ukraine or support Russia. The Russiagate thing was a very successful investment in that sense. They (like me, formerly) live in this haze of conspiracy and palace intrigue where Putin is omniscient and omnipotent. The only frame of "analysis" they have are these binaries based on flawed assumptions.
