For me ~6 minutes makes a medium boiled egg where the yolk is still a bit runny but mostly holds together, anything over 8-9 minutes is hard boiled. 10 minutes gets your egg just a bit undercooked though?? link

Boiling water, eggs in, out in 6 minutes, delicious MBE ready. Roughly the same elevation as you as well. Maybe I'm just remembering the times wrong, it's been a while since I've made any. link

Nope. Boiling water, eggs in, out in 6 minutes, delicious MBE ready. Roughly the same elevation as you as well.
