Femboys exist and are valid, this post feels hostile towards people who are gender-nonconforming, as if to say that a femboy is just "trans in-denial" which is extremely hurtful, it's denying their gender identity, you are telling them that the gender they identify as is wrong because of gender stereotypes.
The fact that your post includes Astolfo who is a femboy seems to push this idea that all femboys are transfems in denial which is really bad.
Edit: Just realized that Hexbear Defederated so the OP will probably never see this or be able to respond, Honestly good riddance, if this is what we're going to deal with.
I don't think it's actually gone live just yet. so they'll probably still see it.
I just checked Hexbear and it appears there so that's good I guess. Glad my message won't be falling on deaf ears though that might only be true in the literal sense unfortunately (willing to bet that they probably won't see what's wrong with their analogy here).
it's fairly normal content for /r/egg_irl. the criticism has been leveled endlessly on reddit and it's mostly not been taken by the community because of a lack of moderation.
Yeah I remember that back when I was on Reddit, it was really bad. Some of them even ended up being transphobic towards transmascs, i.e. "Take the pink pill to get rid of your 'toxic, masculine mannerisms' ". I'm very glad this place isn't like that for the most part, feels much more pleasant and inviting.
